INVITATION TO A MONTHLY MEDIAN GROUP

Dear GASW members,

Thank you for inviting me as convenor of your new venture, a monthly median group, as from September 2024. 

As median groups go, this one is on the small side, but, as they say, small is beautiful, and is a new phase in the professional life of GASW.

I enjoy acts of dialogue in all situations, with individuals, groups, and organisations. Whatever or wherever it is, we are changed by a flow where no one can foresee the outcome.   Dia, from Greek, for ‘through’ and ‘across’.

As for myself, I don’t much like to over-define who I am these days. We are always more than our professional selves. A lifelong enjoyment of art, writing and music, to name three activities, helps me onto new paths. Paul Klee says that a line is a full stop that goes for a walk. Conversation and dialogue is allowing new lines to be drawn out and to travel beyond their starting point. 

I look forward to it. 

The dates are detailed below.

The group will be online on the second Saturday of the month from 10.00am to 11.30 am. A zoom link will be sent out nearer to the time.
